225-ton gate for the Gabcikovo Waterworks
For the Gabčíkovo Waterworks, we manufactured a 34-meter-long, 225-ton backup gate, a record-breaking project as part of the major modernization of the navigation locks. Due to its massive dimensions, the gate was produced in eight separate sections and welded together on-site. This project builds on our previous successful delivery of control gates for the right navigation lock, further strengthening our expertise in large-scale hydro-engineering solutions.
