Since 1992, OSTROJ has been a joint-stock company. The company’s share capital amounts to 455,797,200 CZK and is divided into 759,662 registered shares in paper form, each with a nominal value of 600 CZK. The company is registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section B, Insert 349.
